Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every sack we send out. If something isn't right we want to make it right. No complicated process, no runaround.

Our Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition. Sale items and limited edition drops are final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your sack arrives damaged or not what you ordered we'll replace it immediately at no cost to you. No return required. Just email us a photo and your order number and a replacement ships within 2 business days.

How to start a return: We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions. Once we receive your return we'll process your refund within 5 business days back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was our error.

Exchanges: Want a different colorway instead of a refund? Email us and we'll swap it out subject to availability. Same 30 day window applies.
